This project primarly consisted of a floor infill and ornamental stair and rails in the fitness center. We also furnished and installed steel framing within the existing roof structure for new skylights in the Greer Store.

Metal Fabrications and Ornamental Rails
The Ely Library/Campus Center is the central hub for the students, and the building was occupied during construction. We were awarded two separate contracts for this job. One was the pre-filed for the metal fabrications, and the other one was for the ornamental guardrails. Between these two contracts we were able to satisfy the minority business goal with our WBE certification.
